Refund Policy

At Radiant Brother, we want every order to arrive in excellent condition and match the product you selected. Because our products include LED clothing, performance accessories, electronic parts, and in some cases customized items, please read the policy below before placing an order.

Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days after your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all accessories, packaging, tags, batteries, chargers, controllers, and manuals included.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom-made, made-to-measure, personalized, or modified LED costumes and accessories.
  • Items that have been worn for performances, events, shoots, festivals, or shows.
  • Products with missing accessories, damaged wiring, altered LED strips, modified batteries, or signs of misuse.
  • Clearance items, gift cards, and final-sale items unless they arrive defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos or video of the issue, and photos of the outer packaging. We will review the case and offer a repair solution, replacement parts, replacement item, or refund when appropriate.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, contact us through the Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back without approval. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties, taxes, or clearance fees. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or model, please contact us first. For performance wear and electronic accessories, exchanges depend on item condition, stock availability, and whether the item was customized.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already entered production, customization, packing, or shipment may not be cancellable.
