Radiant Brother serves customers worldwide with LED costumes, laser props, stage wear, and performance gear. Radiant Brother is operated by RADIANTBROTHER LLC in the United States, and product procurement, preparation, and fulfillment are coordinated through partner operations in Wuhan, China.

Free YunExpress Standard Shipping

We offer free tracked YunExpress standard shipping to supported countries and regions shown at checkout. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact us before ordering and we will help check whether shipment can be arranged.

Estimated Delivery After Dispatch

United States and Canada: usually 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and selected nearby Asian destinations: usually 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
Europe: usually 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Other supported countries and regions: timing depends on the available YunExpress route, customs clearance, local delivery network, and remote-area status.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, severe weather, remote destinations, holiday volume, or incorrect address information may extend delivery.

Order Processing and Quality Check

Most in-stock orders require 2 to 5 business days for procurement, quality check, packing, and carrier handover. Made-to-order, custom-fit, or modified LED costumes may require additional preparation time. If an order is time-sensitive for a show, festival, shoot, or brand activation, contact us before ordering so we can help confirm the timeline.

Urgent Orders and Express Options

DHL, FedEx, or other express routes may be available by quote for urgent orders. Express shipping is not included in free standard shipping unless we confirm it in writing before you order.

Based on current YunExpress route checks, eligible FedEx routes to the United States may arrive in about 4 to 9 business days after dispatch. DHL-related availability varies by destination and must be confirmed before shipment.

Shipping Origin and Tracking

Orders may be packed or handed to carriers from Wuhan, Hubei, China or another logistics hub used by our fulfillment partners. Tracking may show a Chinese origin, Hong Kong, or an international logistics facility before the parcel enters the destination country.

When available, tracking information is sent by email after dispatch. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to show the first carrier scan.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Product prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT, import duties, customs brokerage fees, remote-area surcharges, or local clearance charges may be calculated at checkout or collected by the destination country unless clearly included at checkout.
