Radiant Brother ships LED performance wear, stage costumes, and light-up accessories to customers worldwide. This policy explains our typical processing times, shipping options, and important notes for electronic products.
Order Processing Time
In-stock items are usually processed within 2 to 5 business days after payment is confirmed. Custom-made, made-to-measure, or modified LED costumes may require additional production time. If your order includes customization, we will confirm the estimated timeline before shipment whenever needed.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard international shipping: usually 7 to 20 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: usually 5 to 10 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.
- Remote areas, peak seasons, holidays, customs checks, and carrier delays may extend delivery time.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we will provide a tracking number by email when available. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs brokerage fees, or local clearance charges. These fees are not included in our product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout. The customer is responsible for any charges required by the destination country.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, and email are accurate before placing an order. If a package is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address or unavailable recipient, additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual period, contact us with your order number. We will help check with the carrier and recommend the next step. Carrier investigations can take time, especially for international shipments.
