Use your tracking number to follow your Radiant Brother order after it has been dispatched.

How Tracking Works

When tracking is available, we send a tracking number by email after your order leaves the fulfillment operation. Tracking updates may take 24 to 72 hours to appear after the package is handed to the carrier.

Track Your Package

You can track most shipments using the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email. You can also check your tracking number on 17TRACK or the carrier website shown in your tracking email.

Fulfillment and Transit

Orders are primarily prepared and dispatched by our partner fulfillment operation in Wuhan, Hubei, China. Tracking may show Wuhan, Mainland China, Hong Kong, or another logistics hub before the package moves to the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Time

Most in-stock orders require 2 to 5 business days for procurement, quality check, packing, and carrier handover. After dispatch, free YunExpress standard shipping is usually 7 to 12 business days to the United States and Canada, 7 to 10 business days to Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and selected nearby Asian destinations, and 10 to 20 business days to Europe. DHL, FedEx, or other express routes may be available by quote for urgent orders before shipment.
