Warranty Policy

Radiant Brother designs LED performance clothing and stage accessories for shows, events, parties, and creative productions. We stand behind our products and will help resolve eligible quality issues within the warranty period.

Warranty Period

Our standard limited warranty covers manufacturing defects for 30 days from the delivery date unless a longer warranty is clearly stated on the product page or confirmed in writing.

What Is Covered

  • Manufacturing defects in LED strips, wiring, controllers, or connectors.
  • Products that arrive non-functional due to a production or assembly issue.
  • Incorrect item, incorrect size, or missing essential accessories caused by our fulfillment error.

What Is Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from performances, events, rehearsals, or repeated use.
  • Damage caused by water, sweat saturation, impact, pulling wires, dropping controllers, overcharging, improper storage, or unauthorized modification.
  • Damage caused by using third-party chargers, batteries, power banks, or controllers that are not compatible with the product.
  • Cosmetic issues after use, including scratches, marks, fabric wear, or minor color differences.
  • Custom-fit issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

How to Request Warranty Support

Contact us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, photos, and a short video showing the problem. For LED or electronic issues, videos are often the fastest way for us to diagnose the problem.

Warranty Solutions

Depending on the issue, we may provide troubleshooting steps, replacement parts, repair guidance, a partial refund, replacement item, or another reasonable solution. The available solution depends on product type, condition, and the evidence provided.

Care Reminder

LED clothing and electronic stage accessories should be handled carefully. Keep products dry unless the product page clearly states otherwise, disconnect power before storage, avoid pulling wires, and follow the charging instructions provided with the product.
