Refund Policy
We want every customer to feel confident when ordering LED costumes light-up clothing and performance accessories from Radiant Brother. Please review the policy below before placing an order.
Return Window
You may contact us within 15 days after delivery to request a return or refund review. Items must be unused unworn unwashed undamaged and returned in their original packaging with all accessories included.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Customized items made-to-order costumes used performance wear intimate apparel clearance items and products damaged by misuse are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed quality issue.
Quality Issues or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective item or the wrong product please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number clear photos or videos and a description of the issue. We will review the case and offer a suitable solution.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refund Processing
After the returned item is received and inspected we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method. Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped or production has started for a custom item cancellation may no longer be available.
