30-Day Return and Refund Policy

Radiant Brother accepts eligible returns within 30 days after delivery. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the correct return process and return address.

Return Window

You may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days after delivery. Eligible items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original packaging, accessories, tags, controllers, chargers, manuals, and proof of purchase where applicable.

How to Start a Return

Email guoxingcheng1114@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos or video if the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not working as expected.

Return Shipping

For personal-reason returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any applicable duties or fees. If an item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error, Radiant Brother will provide an appropriate replacement, exchange, repair solution, replacement part, or refund. If a return is required for a confirmed quality issue, we will cover reasonable return shipping.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Custom-made, personalized, or modified items, unless defective or incorrect.
Items worn or used for performances, events, shoots, festivals, shows, or parties.
Items washed, altered, damaged after delivery, missing parts, or showing misuse.
Gift cards, downloadable products, clearance items, and final-sale items where marked.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the payment provider to post the refund after processing.

Original express shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and handling fees are not refundable unless the return is caused by our error or required by law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible. We will try to help before processing, customization, packing, or shipment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment starts.
