Radiant Brother serves customers worldwide with LED costumes, laser props, stage wear, and performance gear. Radiant Brother is operated by RADIANTBROTHER LLC in the United States. Product procurement, quality checks, packing, and fulfillment are coordinated with partner operations in Wuhan, China.

Free Global Standard Shipping

We offer free tracked YunExpress standard shipping to supported countries and regions shown at checkout. If your destination is not available at checkout, contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether shipment can be arranged.

Estimated Delivery After Dispatch

• United States and Canada: usually 7 to 12 business days after dispatch.
• Japan, South Korea, Singapore, and selected nearby Asian destinations: usually 7 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• Europe: usually 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.
• Other supported destinations: delivery time depends on the available YunExpress route and destination.

These are estimated carrier transit times after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed. They are not guarantees. Customs checks, carrier delays, severe weather, remote destinations, holiday volume, or incorrect address information may extend delivery.

Order Processing and Quality Check

Most in-stock orders require 2 to 5 business days for procurement, quality checking, packing, and carrier handover. Made-to-order, custom-fit, or modified LED costumes may require additional preparation time. If an order is time-sensitive for a show, festival, shoot, or brand activation, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best available route and realistic arrival window.

DHL and FedEx Express Options

For urgent orders, contact us before purchasing to request DHL, FedEx, or another available express service. For eligible United States shipments, FedEx transit is typically about 4 to 9 business days after dispatch. DHL availability, transit time, and price vary by destination and must be confirmed before shipment. Express fees are not included in free standard shipping.

Shipping Origin and Tracking

Orders may be packed or handed to the carrier from Wuhan, Hubei, China, or another logistics hub used by our fulfillment partners. Tracking may show a Chinese origin or an international logistics facility before the parcel enters the destination country.

Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch when available. It can take 24 to 72 hours for the first carrier scan to appear.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

Product prices are listed in USD. Applicable sales tax, VAT, import duties, customs brokerage fees, or local clearance charges may be calculated at checkout or collected by the destination country unless clearly stated as included at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please enter a complete and accurate shipping address, email address, and phone number. Additional shipping fees may apply if a package is delayed, returned, or lost because of an incorrect address or an unavailable recipient.
